  • All online event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • All tickets will be purchased and accounted for prior to the conference. You cannot purchase a ticket in person the day of the event.

  • We recommend business casual, or whatever you'd be comfortable wearing networking with old friends, or meeting new ones.

  • Yes. We provide guests with a coat check located just beyond the check-in desks. Please ask any of our Welcome team members if you need help finding it.

  • You can take the 1 train to the 66th St.-Lincoln Center stop. David Geffen Hall is a one-minute walk from the 66th street exit.

  • Yes. All Lincoln Center venues, including David Geffen Hall have accessible entrances, accessible seat locations and accessible restrooms.

  • Yes. Our sponsors will provide coffee, breakfast, lunch choices (vegetarians accommodated), a snack break, and a short cocktail reception.

  • While we do not offer a live virtual experience, we will record each speaker session and put those videos on our website in the weeks after the conference: https://www.thewelcomeconference.com/videos

  • We like to keep everybody together - the conference includes 3 speaker blocks throughout the course of the day, with 3-4 speakers per block. There are no break out rooms or sessions, so you won't miss anything or have to pick and choose.

  • We will provide you with a printed badge upon check-in that will get you in and out of David Geffen Hall if you need to take a break or leave the building.
